PT Dutagriya Sarana (DGS) PT Dutagriya Sarana (DGS) was established in 2000 and since 2002 we transformed to a general human resources service company, an HR One-Stop Service, such as Recruitment, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Man Power Outsourcing (MPO), Training, and HR consulting.
In 2015 under the umbrella of Pasona Group Japan, to expand the human resources business and actively explore a variety of business in Indonesia, we will continue to expand the range of services that Pasona Group provide all over the world in more than 50 regions. In recent years in Indonesia, according to outsourcing legal reform on 2012 and economic changes in the business, comply to law has become necessary in many Japanese companies especially in staffing and outsourcing services. Furthermore, not only for a flexible outsourcing but also for direct employment to maximize the skills of local employee as well as human resources strategy such as assessment for local staff, training, etc.. We provide the history and a longtime experience based on the results and talented person solution utilized the know-how that Pasona Group Inc. holds for the situation of such Indonesia.
In 2016 Pasona Group is celebrating its 40th anniversary, together with our clients and staff "to solve the problems of society" has been our corporate philosophy.
